Staying connected and supporting clients smarter is of the utmost importance. Because of this, JW Software is always looking for talented individuals in the software industry, and we believe we have found that in our newest addition, Michael. We are excited to welcome Michael to the JW Software team as an Account Manager for FileHandler Enterprise!
With nine years of customer support as an AT&T premises technician, Michael’s vast support began with his customer support at Toys R Us in video games. Supporting clients daily to implement and improve the existing system, Michael is more than qualified for JW Software’s clients’ needs as Account Manager. Above all, Michael hopes to provide exceptional customer service with his experiences.
Outside of the office, you can find Michael enjoying his two long time hobbies: video gaming and model rocketry. For 13 years Michael was lucky enough to help teach fourth, fifth, and sixth graders as a volunteer for Parkway Summer classes. Michael is also a huge sci-fi fan who is looking forward to sharing Star Trek, Star Wars, and Battle Star with his two sons.
As an Account Manager, Michael hopes to efficiently provide clients exceptional support.
