  • Who is FileHandler Enterprise for?

    Our claims management software supports the complete life cycle of a claim, from intake through payment. It was designed to be efficient and easily understandable with a few steps between processes to manage the claim for Claims Managers, Risk Managers, Third-Party Adjusters, and many other professionals.

  • What type of support options are offered to clients?

    JW Software prides itself in support of our clients. Each Client is provided with a main support contact that knows their product and the Client, so communication is faster and more efficient than in a call center.

  • What kind of customization capabilities does FileHandler Enterprise offer?

    We know each client requires a claims system unique to their business. During the implementation process, we customize fields, reports, reserves, and more, all to suit each client's claims process.

  • Can a FileHandler Enterprise portal be integrated with our current FROI?

    Portals can be integrated within FileHandler and accept FROI information, entering the FROI to a FNOL holding list upon completion until an adjuster or handler reviews and take the necessary next steps.

  • Is FileHandler Enterprise able to generate my monthly reports automatically?

    The FileHandler Enterprise Reporting system is robust in all the reports that come standard and can be created. The functionality includes saving and scheduling reports for automatic distribution through email or directly to the user.

  • Do Clients own their own data?

    Our hosting is secure and safe because of daily backups high levels of security at data centers, and we include hot-site Disaster Recovery. However, the data is still yours.

  • How long does it take to go live with FileHandler Enterprise?

    JW Software takes data conversion and implementation very seriously. We know that your current data needs to be integrated into our system so that your existing data is right where you want it. This can take time, and it varies from Client to Client. Our goal is to work with the Client to ensure that our clients are in the best possible position when we go live.
