JW Software is always looking for talented individuals in the software sector, and we believe we have found just that in our newest addition, Zach. We are excited to welcome Zach to the JW Software team as an Account Manager for FileHandler Enterprise!
With experience in customer service and communications, Zach has over 8 years as a Premise Technician installing telecommunications systems. Working with new clients daily to implement and improve the existing system, Zach is more than suited to support JW Software clients' needs as Account Manager. Above all, Zach hopes to effectively improve customer satisfaction with his experiences.
Outside of the office, you can find Zach enjoying his long-time passion for rock climbing, playing with his four beloved children, or watching The Office.
