With experience in Risk and Insurance Management, JoAnne has 20 years collectively as a RMIS administrator managing a multitude of projects. Working with various teams to implement projects and initiatives, improving the use of a risk system and data, and helping users fully comprehend a risk and claims management system, JoAnne is well suited for her role as Project Manager. Above all, JoAnne hopes to proactively improve customer satisfaction through effectively managing implementations.
Outside of the office, you can find JoAnne engaging in creative activities such as knitting, baking, gardening, mold making, and little carving. JoAnne also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
As a Project Manager, JoAnne hopes to effectively manage and successfully implement FileHandler Enterprise, JW Software's Claims and Risk Management Software, to continue our unparalleled customer satisfaction.
