At the start of implementation, your dedicated support member joins calls, learns your workflow, and reviews your custom FileHandler Enterprise™ build. By Go Live, your Support Team member will know your claims processes inside and out and is ready to assist, write specs, and help you get the most from your software.
Our St. Louis–based Support Team offers unlimited training and assistance. That means your claims process is never interrupted. When you call, you reach a knowledgeable support specialist, never a call bank.

What kind of customization capabilities does FileHandler Enterprise offer?

Every claims process is unique. That’s why FileHandler Enterprise™ offers extensive customization options to fit your exact needs. Starting with our out-of-the-box cms, we work with you to determine the integrations and workflows of your current system.  Including one-way and two-way interfaces with carriers, financial institutions, and any other systems required.

Next, is implementation. We review each screen with you, hide unused sections, and tailor fields, triggers, reports, and reserve structures to match your claims process.

Our hands-on approach ensures FileHandler Enterprise™ aligns with your organization’s specific claims process which makes it easier to manage, track, and resolve claims efficiently.

Can a FileHandler Enterprise portal be integrated with our current FROI?

Yes. FileHandler Enterprise™ is an end-to-end claims management platform that starts with the First Notice of Loss (FNOL). Integrated portals allow FNOL submissions to flow directly into the system, ready for a handler or adjuster to take immediate action.

Our merge field letters and automation tools ensure that communication starts right away. They also help make sure no step in the process is overlooked. From the initial submission to final resolution, FileHandler Enterprise™ keeps every detail organized, timely, and on track.

Is FileHandler Enterprise able to generate my monthly reports automatically?

Yes. FileHandler Enterprise™ includes a robust reporting engine with both standard and custom reports. Any data captured in the system can be pulled into reports.

Users can save and schedule reports for automatic distribution via email or within the system. This makes it easy to share insights and stay up to date on claims activity.

Do clients own their own data and where is it hosted?

Yes, your data is always yours.

How long does it take to go live with FileHandler Enterprise?

It varies and depends on your claims platform needs and if you want your historical data pulled into the system.

For clients without data conversion or interface needs, our out-of-the-box system can be live in as few as 30 days. However, because FileHandler Enterprise™ is highly customizable, more complex claims processes, interfaces, and data conversion needs may take longer.

Regardless of whether you are using our out-of-the-box option or a fully customized build, we work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition into our claims management software.
