Because of this, JW Software is always looking for talented individuals in the software industry, and we believe we have found that in our newest addition, Shaun. We are excited to welcome Shaun to the JW Software team as an Account Manager for FileHandler Enterprise!
With five years of customer support in SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Shaun’s vast knowledge began with his years as a 12N Horizontal Construction Engineer in the US Army. Supporting clients daily to implement and improve the existing system, Shaun is more than qualified for JW Software’s clients’ needs as Account Manager. Above all, Shaun hopes to provide exceptional customer service with his experiences.
Outside of the office, you can find Shaun enjoying the outdoors hiking and going to the shooting range. Shaun also appreciates concert-going and The Office.
