JWS offers a variety of training classes for our clients. These classes are typically held on-site at the client location however JWS also has employed Web-based tools, i.e., WebEx, when applicable.

• PolicyHandler Application Training:
  This training class provides a high-level overview of the entire application and typically lasts 2-3 days. Classes cover all components of the PolicyHandler system including quoting, binding, issuing, endorsements, document generation and billing.
• PolicyHandler Agency Training:
  This one (1) day class provides a comprehensive overview of the PolicyHandler system from the agent’s perspective.
• PolicyHandler Billing Training:
  This two (2) day class is designed for financial users of the system whose responsibility it is to manage all AR and AP activities associated with premium.
• PolicyHandler Auditing/Security Training:
  This two (2) day class covers the PolicyHandler Security Module as well as creating effective audits based on a host of selection criteria.
• FileHandler General User Training:
  This training session generally lasts 1 day and covers all of the basics of FileHandler – Reserves, Payments, Correspondence, Litigation, Subrogation, Status, Notes, and Claim Information.
• FileHandler Administrator Training:
  This training generally is one day and covers Administration of FileHandler Security, Check Printing, End User Support, and other functions.
• System Report Training:
  This training generally is one day and covers the standard reports – including, filtering, grouping and running the reports in a variety of formats – including PDF, word, excel.
• System Advanced Reporter Training:
  This advanced training class lasts 1 day and focuses on creating reports in the both the Risk Analysis and File Audit tools.
• ‘Train-the-Trainer’:
  This approach to training is one additional option for clients who employ the appropriate resources within their organization. Further discussions will be required to determine if this is the most appropriate approach for the client.
