St. Louis, MO – Freeman Administrative Solutions, Inc. announced today that the organization has moved into full production on the FileHandler System for it’s Third Party Texas Non-Subscriber Workers Compensation Claims Administration business.
”With other JW Texas-based clients handling traditional workers compensation claims, gaining a client like Freeman allowed us to round out the product offering and incorporate the required functionality to manage both traditional and non-subscriber claim types,” said Tim Cuckow, V.P., of Sales and Marketing for JW.
“We looked at about 6 or 7 different systems and we could not find the product that really met our needs,” said Anne Roberson, Operations Manager for Freeman. “One of JW’s existing clients recommended FileHandler and after learning more about the product and company, we realized JW and FileHandler were for us.”
“Since moving into production on the system,” Roberson continued, “ our claims adjusters manage their claim files more quickly because all the information is on one screen. Our old system required the adjusters to go back and forth between screens to view related claim information.”
“The limitations of Freeman’s legacy systems provided for JW a great benchmark to quantify the improvements FileHandler provided for Freeman,” said Laura Goddard, JW Project Manager. Both JW and Freeman were very pleased with the results.”
