St. Louis, MO – JW Software, Inc., announced today the addition of Bret Huber, Jason Williams and Dave Wieland to the development, account management and QA staff of JW. Huber will serve as a product developer; Williams will serve in the role of support specialist with Wieland serving as the lead quality analyst. All will work out of JW’s St. Louis, Missouri office.
“These three new additions are in direct response to current and anticipated growth in the new year,” said Phil Warden, Senior Developer for JW. “2006 proved to be the best year in our company’s history and we anticipate just as strong a year in 2007, which therefore necessitates the need for Bret, Jason and Dave,” said Warden.
As a recent graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a degree in Computer Science, Mr. Huber fully plans to call upon the classroom training he’s received to assist JW in research and development related to the FileHandler system. “JW’s developers come from varying backgrounds and disciplines, providing differing perspectives on problem solving. I strongly feel my previous experiences with software development projects at the college level will fit perfectly with the approach to development at JW.”
Although new the software industry, Mr. Williams brings several years of operations management to his role as a support specialist. “Jason was specifically brought in for his operations experience. JW has always prided itself on our client support and as we continue to grow, we want to maintain that level of quality. Jason will help guide us through those waters,” said Laura Goddard, Senior Account Manager.
With current development of FileHandler v 5.0 underway, Mr. Wieland will primarily focus his efforts on QA, test script development, and situational testing of the product prior to the anticipated market release in the third quarter of 2007.
