St. Louis, MO – JW Software, Inc., a market leader in the development, sales and support of claims management software, announced today the appointment of two new additions to the staff of JW. Steve Ritley will serve as JW’s Sales Manager with Nicholas Marrocco serving as an account manager.

In addition to providing claims solutions to prospective clients, Mr. Ritley fully expects to leverage his previous sales management experience to assist in implementing the vision for expanding JW’s sales and marketing department. “This is an exciting time to be working for JW Software and I am looking forward to leveraging my sales management experience to help continue JW’s growth trend in the sales and marketing department, said Ritley.
Mr. Marrocco’s experience, having been gained through several years of dedicated customer service along with networking training he is receiving at Ranken Technical College, will directly result in his ability to provide unparalleled support for JW’s 70+ clients. “I believe my technical ability and eagerness to learn from every opportunity offered to me here at JW will challenge me and allow me to grow into an asset for this company as well as our customers,” said Marrocco.
