is a process predicated on a dedicated team of JWS-resources fully devoted from contract execution to production and beyond. This dedicated team is charged with seamlessly moving our clients from their current environment onto FileHandler.

At contract execution a JWS Project Manager is assigned to the client to manage the following functions:
Throughout this process (which may typically take 3-4 months), the JW Training and Support staff
that is assigned to the specific account will be included in all the electronic communications
(e-mails, etc.) as well as any pertinent on-site meetings and conference calls between the client and the JW Project Manager.
The benefit of this approach for both Training and Support is that both team members will become
intimately familiar with not only the client’s resources, but also the subtleties and nuances of
the project, thus ensuring the smooth delivery of these services.
The end result of this strategy is that upon production use of the system, clients have two resources
dedicated to their specific account providing two distinct levels of support.

to not only provide unparalleled support, but to also become intimately familiar with each client’s
